They falsely advertised an $800.00 generator. After paying online, I was able to find a PDF of the manual.

I found the TRUE specs of the fuel usage numbers. less than 6 hrs after paying, I contacted them, because I never received a confirmation email. They said I didn't get it, because it hadn't been entered into the system yet. I told her that was great, because I found the true fuel usage specs, and it was a guzzler, and I wanted to cancel.

I said that I'd als called because my bank wasn't showing the debit of: $780.00+ yet either. She said: "they don't charge my card until they ship the generator, which would be 1 or 2 weeks from now. She also said I would get a confirmation email in a day or two. I went back online to my bank after the call, and saw where they'd just placed a hold on the money!

I'm sure they plan to ship it, and then charge me return shipping and a re-stocking fee, to return it, like all the reviews I'm now reading about them. It weighs 207 Lbs! They "still" have not cancelled the hold on my money in my account.... My bank has changed my card for a new one, and started a dispute, in case they try to get away with this maneuver.

I want them to fax a form to my bank, agreeing to drop any claim for the sale, or the money, due to false advertising.

I'm providing proof of my allegations, via screen captures of the fictitious fuel consumption, in the online listing at Walmart, and the printout of the PDF Manual that states: that it gets 45% less fuel economy. I also have my phone records which prove I spoke with them on the phone, prior to them placing a hold on my money!

I want a FULL refund back to my account *NOW*

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I ordered a microwave from this company. Within minutes of placing the order, I received a email of the order placed. It was incorrect even though the sales girl assured me it was the appropriate size. I called and canceled the order inside of 5 minutes of receiving their email. Shocking......They shipped it anyway. I have been trying to return this to unbeatable since it arrived to only be sent in circles. Over 10 phones call have been placed and i was assured a UPS return label would be sent. I would receive emails with NO RETURN LABEL! To make a long story short, I'm stuck paying the postage for a mistake they made!!! It will cost me over $85.00 to ship this item back. This is totally unfair and POOR business. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as this is the second time this has happened to me. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YORSELF THROUGH THIS!!!!!! Runaway from this unreliable company which cannot be trusted

We had ordered a dining table on one of their owned brand website "www.comfortmarket.com" on 24th Nov and had paid shipping fee which was added on the order by the website, for around a week they kept saying we will be shipping it shortly and I will receive the confirmation soon on 8th day when I followed up again they confirmed from their warehouse that it is all set to be shipped within a day, but after couple of days I suddenly happened to receive a cancellation email which reads as below. "Thank you for ordering from UnbeatableSale Inc. Unfortunately, your order had to be cancelled as we are unable to safely transport this item via a Ground shipping method, which is the service you have paid for. If you are still interested in the item, please contact us and we can assist you further. Please understand there will be additional shipping charges as the item can only ship via a freight carrier." When I called them they said I need to pay $150 more to get it shipped and they were pretty arrogant as if I had made a mistake by placing an order on their website. It is absolutely unethical that they made me wait for 10 days and then they wanted me to another $150 more for shipping then what I had already paid. It was a horrible experience for us.

Tonight is January 23, 2017 and I still have not received what I had ordered the stainless steel wide band cross ring the last time I heard from them was the nineth saying they were processing my order which I still haven't received so I am going to take some action because it's been to long now

They shipped out the wrong order, due to their error they weren't willing to recover the situation, as I had to wait for them to email a ups barcode, once the wrong order was shipped back to them, then they would ship the right package that I ordered, which delayed my product I ordered, no discount or rush on my package, I asked to speak with corporate, this is not how u accommodate customers for their error! I end up cancelling my order, and resubmitted my order else where

We ordered four deep cycle 12volt golf cart batteries and we received four kids golf cart batteries, no where on the website did it say these was for a kids cart. Unbeatable sales will Not pay for shipping to return these.

It was false advertisement. Never will we ever buy anything from these people again. I also suggest Walmart.

Refused delivery of product which was immediately put back on FedEx truck and returned to shipper. 30 days passed and no refund. When I called to inquire about refund I was told package was delivered to incorrect return address. Package was refused so I never had a return address to return the package to. 45 days later after several calls to customer service and speaking with supervisors I received a 50% refund. When I called to inquire for the rest of my money was, I was told I returned the product to the wrong address and $25 was deducted for shipping the product from the vendor back to the corporate returns office plus a 25% restocking fee. Ridiculous! There is no reason that I should receive only 50% of my money back when I refused delivery and the product was immediately put back on the truck for return. Definitely a scam! Stay clear of this company all they want is your money and could care less.

They stopped refunds altogether.

Most of the posters here have at least got some of their money back, I had ordered some items online through another vendor that was fulfilled by this company. The shipping company never attempted to deliver my order, and returned it to them as undeliverable. The company stated that it would be considered refused, and charge me 25% restocking, fees and delivery. At that point, they didn't refund any money. After contacting them several times, I receive no answer back. They did not deliver the order and haven't given me a refund. IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN A SIMILAR SITUATION - Contact the New Jersey Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org/new-jersey/ and file a complaint! Not sure it'll change things, but the more complaints they get the more the word gets out not to do business with them.

I ordered a Vintage clock from unbeatable sales through Wal-mart. I received it damaged.

Tried to return it, even took pictures. They said the shipping company is responsible for the damage & they would have to contact them so they can investigate the damage. After 8 days I still had no response. I finally emailed them & they said it was still under investigation.

I waited 5 more days & still nothing. So I called to see what was going on & they hung up on me. I called the next day & they said a refund has be submitted. 3 days later the refund was in my account less the $9.56 shipping charge.

So I called to see why. They said they don't pay for shipping on returns, only replacement. I told them I was given a choice of refund or replacement. I said I would like a refund.

If they said I was responsible for the shipping if I get a refund, I would have gone with the replacement. I emailed & called them about this. Finally they said they would refund the shipping, but never did. I called about this again & they again said they would refund me.

Still nothing. So I called again & they said the refund was denied & the order has been closed & once again hung up on me. I should not be responsible for the shipping cost for a product that was returned.

It’s not my fault the product was damaged. Based on other reviews on Yelp, this has happened to many consumers

I order a pool thru Amazon whom fufilled the order thru Unbeatabke pool. This is where the nightnare begins. When I ordered the pool the pic showed the pool set up no ladder no pump just a full pool. I called and emailed link to my pool installer to make sure what I was purchasing. I also emailed Unbeatable asking about a linner. .Not surprisingly that email 2weeks later was never responded to. Amazon recomended the pump and ladder to go with the pool I selected I also Iordered. I will assume not thru unbeatable because the parts came quickly and was exacally what I ordered. My card was immediatley charged pool shipped .I recieved an update saying pool was delivered. The pool how ever was not. It was delivered in NY I live in ME.Unbeatable sales or have no idea why?Amazon quickly contacts Unbeatable and goes above and beyound to help with this situation. They assure me unbeatable is expidite shipping another pool . My concern is it getting here as I have a pool installer lined up in 3days. Sat,Sun,Mon night I get a generic email saying there is no updated info on my order at this time . Tuesday morning I make, at a minum 14 phone calls to unbeatable. Leaving voice mail after voice and email them . No response. Finally at 11AM I get a live person on the phone. She informs me the company expidited a pool and it has been sitting 45minutes away from me since Sunday. Great customer service to go above and beyond to for a customer. But drop the ball. No one from Unbeatable or Amazon updated tracking info or called me to say where and when pool would arrive. I finally recieved a number of a private currier whom I called and set up delivery for Weds. Which is the day my pool was schedualed for the 2nd time installation. When my pool installer recieves pool he calls me at work to inform me there is no linner with pool. I once again call Unbeatable who have no problem now that they have 1,288.00 to tell me there no linner that come with pool. Who sells just the walls? A pool is not a pool without the linner. The website SHOULD specify what comes with there pool. I speak with David Russo who sells me a linner. I choose the country stone linner which he gives me at a dicounted price plus 20%off. I express the extreme importants I recieveing this linner in 2day as I have $400wrapped up in a team to install my pool that hasn`t been installed. He puts me on hold to check with wharehouse. Come back online and assures me the 2day shipping and the. $220 fee to ship it. I am not happy and clearly state that the website Does not state no linner.Nor did Amzon site recommend a linner for pool as they did pump and ladder. I pay the fee against my better judgement. I am under a close time line at this point to have pool installed. Friday at noon I start calling because no deliver no tracking info no idea when pool linner will get here or where it is.I call complain get an email with a ship date July 18. David Russo told me not to go by ship date when I placed my order that it was being expidited.after several phone calls Tracy I believe finds out the warehouse was unable to expidite the shipment. No one called or emailed me that it wasnt shipping. Yes I did pay for and they charged my card to expidite the linned but once again dropped the ball never informed customer it wasnt coming 2days.Beyond flustrated as I have pool installers here waiting to put pool in. I call local pool dealer and confirm they have linner which they do. I call Unbeatable to cancle my order and the gentleman on the phone is more then eager to comply for once . I then recieve a email saying I can not cancle my oder due to it has shipped.I am beyound angered. I expresses this to sales rep that I paid for it ti be 2day shipped why wasn't I informed it wouldn't ship. Tracy appoligized over and over and did credit me back $165 of the $220 I paid for shipping. Now I have to wait for pool linner get a return number pay to ship it back all because this of Unbeatable dropped the ball. There screw up and I have to pay. So today thats my battle to get linner sent back and get my money back. wish me luck.

I have never had this type of problem with a company before with any kind of purchase. I bought 2 lamps through Amazon.com and the secondary company was UNBEATABLE SALES INC. I paid over $20 in shipping for the lamp. I loved both lamps and planned to keep them. As I looked at the lamps, one lamp had paint missing in 2 very noticeable spots on the front. I immediately contacted Amazon, and Amazon generated a return label. I contacted UNBEATABLE SALES INC. to tell them the situation and that I was going to send the lamp back. I got a series of 'generic' type of emails from them over the week. None of them ever had any person's name with any of the emails. All of them advising different ways to deal with the item. I finally decided to just ship it back and get a refund for the lamp. Sending it back required me personally to pay over $20 to return a DEFECTIVE ITEM that UNBEATABLE SALES INC. had sent me. When they received the item, they credited me for the lamp but none of shipping costs either way. I have now paid over $ 40 in shipping costs for a defective lamp that UNBEATABLE SALES INC. sent me and they are not reimbursing me. I have opened up a COMPLAINT ABOUT UNBEATABLE SALES INC. with Amazon about the company, will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will take UNBEATABLE SALES INC. TO COURT if necessary. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS THROUGH UNBEATABLE SALES INC.

Ordered a fire safe from them through Amazon. After 2 weeks had past and the order still was not shipped I cancelled the order. They sent me a confirmation Email that the order was cancelled. 5 days latter they went ahead and shipped the order anyways. I contacted them and said I was refusing the order and which point they said I would have to pay shipping and restocking fees which was the equivalent of 1/2 the original invoice. I nor Amazon could get them to refund those cost. A big Kudos to Amazon for covering the fee.

I bought 2 air filters from unbeatable sales off ebay. They never arrived. The seller would not refund my money because someone named Roland signed for the package and told me they would start a trace with UPS. I was told to wait 10 days to see what would happen. I ordered and received air filters from another supplier. UPS called and told me they delivered it to a nearby address. UPS would not go and retrieve the package so I did. I told Unbeatable sales that I had the package and wanted to send it back. I told them they had the wrong name and address on the package. They sent me a refund of 10%. They wanted me to pay to ship it back! I refused to pay for returnThen they asked me to take a picture of the shipping label showing the wrong name and address! They sent me a ups sticker which I used to send the package back. They sent me a refund but included no money. They sent me a refund for the full amount after 34 days of hassle. My impression of the company is incompetence. They never admitted any fault in this transaction: apparently they had no record to whom their package was addressed, nor were they able to give a refund without a mistake. Patrick O'Reilly was my contact. I had to send the same message again to him because he ignored one. He wanted every email to be separate instead of keeping the discussion in the previous emails. Ebay would not allow me to leave negative feedback - maybe because UPS delivered it to the correct address they were given.

Unwilling to deliver what i ordered

Bought an item on their website with a price clearly marked package of 2. I ordered 2 packages of 2. received 2 packages of one. They were unwilling to fufill the order. Took me a month of calling them every other day to even get my money back. Order number 492**** BAAADDD They dont care. Steer clear. Tried to say they were all out but the items were at that time still up on the site and on ebay. (pulled them after i told them that) They should have said the item had a mistake in the description and refund ALL my money for the hoops i eventually had to go through. Customer service covers for the managers who just dont call back when you leave a message. CSR's Janet, John and 'Manager' Tess especially.

This company is a ripoff. I purchased items and when I did not receive my full order, their customer service admitted it was a listing error by their company. I returned ALL items to their company, and they refused to refund my shipping costs. Customer service responded: Please be advised we do not refund original shipping charges. Shipping is a service and the item was delivered using a carrier method, this is the reason why the fee is non-refundable. Had they not misrepresented what they were listing for sale, I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED AND PAID FOR ITEMS & SHIPPING!
